  • Refunds are available for SEO services if requested within 7 days of purchase, and no significant work has commenced (e.g., keyword research, site audits).
  • Once SEO strategies have been implemented, we cannot offer refunds, as SEO results take time to show and depend on several factors beyond our control.

c. Consulting Services

  • Refunds for consulting services are available only if the service has not yet been delivered (e.g., no consultations or reports have been provided).
  • Once consulting services have been rendered, we cannot offer refunds.
